3. APPROVAL OF APPLICANTS

All applicants to the Mustashar Accelerator will be approved by the Mustashar Team at the team’s discretion. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.

4. REMOVAL FROM THE PROGRAM

Mustashar can remove people from the program at its own discretion (e.g., if they do not meet the eligibility requirements, or if they do not adhere to the program requirements). We reserve the right to terminate your account and remove you from the program at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms and conditions or any applicable laws or regulations.

5. DATA SHARING WITH POTENTIAL EMPLOYERS

By applying and joining the Mustashar Accelerator program, you grant Navital Global FZ-LLC a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and share the details you provide us with potential employers who are looking to hire. We will share your profile and any other information you have provided us with to these potential employers for the purpose of job matching.

6. DATA STORAGE

Navital Global FZ-LLC may store, process, and transfer the data you provide us on our networks, servers, with suppliers, and other third parties, including those located outside of your country, to ensure that we can provide you with our services. We take reasonable measures to protect your data and ensure its privacy and security, but we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or use your personal information for improper purposes.

7. REFUND POLICY

Upon sign-up for the digital course, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be possible after enrollment. However, rescheduling the course to a different date is allowed, subject to availability and notice within a reasonable timeframe. Rescheduling requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected], at least 14 days before the initially scheduled course date. Requests made after this period may be subject to additional fees or may not be accommodated.
