Job Description

Leading and managing complex training projects and initiatives from inception to completion. Leveraging expertise in project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement to ensure the successful delivery of training programs, events, and projects that meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations.

- Lead the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets for training programs, events, and projects.

- Coordinate project activities, resources, and logistics, ensuring alignment with project objectives, client requirements, and organizational goals.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients, providing regular updates and communication regarding project status, progress, and milestones.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

- Manage the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, materials, equipment, and facilities, to support project implementation.

- Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and partners to ensure availability and timely delivery of resources as needed.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and procedures in the planning and execution of training projects and initiatives.

- Conduct regular quality assurance checks, evaluations, and post-project reviews to assess project effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address them proactively.

- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and take corrective actions as needed to ensure project objectives are met.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, contracts, and stakeholder communications.

- Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and summaries of project status, milestones, and key achievements for management review.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamlining, and efficiency in project management practices, methodologies, and tools.

- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, working groups, and cross-functional teams focused on enhancing training operations and project delivery.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in management information system, project management, or any related field 

- 5-7 Years of experience in related field

- CAPM

- Project Management Professional (PMP) is a must.

- Proven experience in project management leadership roles, preferably in the training, education, or professional services industry.

- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.

- Proficiency in project management tools/software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello, and familiarity with project management frameworks, such as Agile or Scrum.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate issues, identify solutions, and drive project success.

- PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
