Lead to Inspire masterclass (On-site)

Join our Lead to Inspire Masterclass series to connect with female leaders at Bain. Undergraduates can participate in monthly virtual training sessions and be paired with a mentor. You'll have the chance to ask questions and discuss your future in a supportive environment.

We aim to inspire you with personal impact stories and equip you with leadership skills so you can chart your own career journey. As a selected participant, you will receive an exclusive access to our Bain Women Lead to Inspire Masterclass and a personal mentor. Your mentor will be personally invested in you, will provide you with all the information you need to make a decision that’s right for you and your career, will support your preparation for interviews and will introduce you to a diverse mix of Bainies.

How to apply for this program
 
We invite Bachelor’s and Master’s students graduating in 2026-2027 who self-identify as women and are interested in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region to apply.
