What You'll Do
As an Expert Project Leader within BCG's Climate and Sustainability Practice Area, you will be a core member of our practice working alongside some of the world’s top minds in industry shaping the climate agenda across our Climate & Sustainability practice. You will collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds, advising clients on a variety of topics, including:
- You will support Public Sector clients on multiple topics such as Sustainable Polices, Climate Adaption & Resilience, ESG Strategy and Decarbonization.
- Climate Strategy: Setting climate ambition, identifying new opportunities, and defining a roadmap for successful execution to net-zero strategies and emission measuring.
- Execute or provide expertise on Climate & Sustainability projects for our key Public Sector clients across the Middle East region.
- While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, you will occasionally travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years relevant work experience of combined consulting and industry experience.
- Proven track record in Climate & Sustainability and Public Sector topics.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management and leadership to provide proficiency in prioritizing and balancing multiple project demands.
- Excellent analytical, and strategic thinking abilities to develop transformative solutions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to engage and align cross-functional teams.
- Adept at relationship building and client management across various levels.
- Commitment to inclusivity, developing others and creating an environment of mutual trust and respect.
