Job Responsibilities:
• Support in leading the MEA Work Dynamics team, ensuring high-quality consulting services that address client challenges effectively.
• Develop and execute the Work Dynamics strategy in MEA, aligning with global objectives and local market needs.
• Drive business development, manage key client relationships, and identify new opportunities.
• Oversee project teams to deliver exceptional results in:
Place-focused strategies: portfolio, location, workplace…
People-focused strategies: transformation and change, experience, organizational design/operating model…
• Contribute to defining consulting offerings and value propositions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of high performance.
• Participate in regional leadership meetings and contribute to MEA business strategy.
Qualifications:
• 10-15 years in strategic or management consulting, focusing on people and place strategies.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management at executive level.
• Strong understanding of MEA market, including cultural nuances and business practices.
• Ability to travel frequently within GCC and Middle East.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in real estate, professional services, or business services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive presence and presentation skills.
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic skills highly desirable.
