Overview
AFAQ آفاق is a program for talented Saudi graduates and aspiring consultants to enable their full potential at Arthur D. Little (ADL) in Saudi Arabia. Typically, AFAQ Fellows join ADL for 6-12 months period with feedback provided throughout and pathway to full-time offer upon completion. During the program, AFAQ members are provided a dedicated on-boarding track, specialized consulting skills training, alongside a senior mentor, and are active in project teams from day one.

Learn
- Acquire key skills to be a successful consultant
- Receive mentoring and coaching toward your career goals
- Access to global and online training to enhance your technical and soft skills
Support
- Create valuable content and presentations and workshops with project teams
- Deliver meaningful and innovative solutions to key clients across industries
- Facilitation of workshops and presentations to senior clients
Connect
- Mentor will be assigned to help you through your internship journey
- Attend company wide events and offisites to develop collaborative relationships and celebrate successes
- Join a Global network of entreprenuers and consultants in the ADL community
The program requires a high level of creative thinking and problem solving, combined with strong quantitative, interpersonal and team-working skills. Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications
AFAQ آفاق Program applicants are recent graduates, or those nearing completion, from a leading schools and universities. ADL looks for highly motivated self-starters and a strong team players who will help drive positive impact across businesses, governments, and society as a whole.
As someone ready to diligently enage in the rewarding and rigorous work of consulting your academic records should demonstrate significant analytical or quantitative experience, typically from a numerate discipline (e.g., mathematics, science, economics, business, and engineering).
