Razan is an Advisor at the Ministry of Culture and she previously served as a General Manager for Projects and Delivery. Prior to this, she was Director of Policy and Delivery at the Secretariat of the Education and Human Resources Council in the UAE. She started her career in management consulting where she held multiple roles with McKinsey & Company as Engagement Manager and with Booz & Company (now Strategy&) as Consultant.
