About
CaseMaster is a highly practical, interactive and advanced case-based problem solving program.
The objective of the course is to support you in building a strong problem solving muscle that
would enable you to greatly increase the efficiency and quality of your problem solving
abilities no matter your background or line work.
During the program, we will present you with a series of business problems (e.g., estimating the
market size for a specific product or service, designing a market entry strategy, developing a
growth strategy for a company, evaluating potential acquisition targets, developing a new
government policy), and share with you tools and methodologies that you can use to analyze those
business problems like a top tier management consultant would, along with examples on how these
tools can be applied successfully.
For each business problem, we will provide you with real-life case studies, and give you
opportunity to roll-up your sleeves and solve them in break-out rooms with other participants.
After solving the case in your breakout rooms, we will reconvene for a comprehensive debriefing
to reflect on your experience solving the case and addressing any questions you may have.
Each module will be led by an experienced management consultant who is an Alumnus / Alumnae from
a top tier consulting firm like McKinsey & Company, The Boston Consulting Group, or Bain &
Company. The program has eight modules of 2 hours each, meaning you will go through the above
described experience eight times. Repeating this cycle so many times, across so many different
topics, with many different groups, and facilitated by experienced coaches, will significantly
improve your ability to successfully solve problems in your day-to-day careers.
